About Professional Services:
IILM Institute for Higher Education constantly strives to provide improved excellence to the ‘students’ not only academically, but professionally and personally as well. IILM has always been and would always be highly “Student-Centric”. IILM Professional Services have been designed in a very specialized manner to add value to them in the best possible manner. It has five prime domains, namely – Student Support Services, Student Engagement, IT Support Services, Library Services and Administration.

Student Support Services provides a wide array of services to fulfill the needs of IILM’s diverse student body, like – Virtual Learning Environment, Clubs and Societies, Events and Activities on Campus.

An important component of Professional development is the level of student engagement. Concept of student engagement is built on the belief that student learning is affected by their engagement in purposeful activities, which are an essential part of or are integral to the institute's functioning.

IT Support Services caters to the flawless ICT needs of the students and keep them in pace with the ever-changing and dynamic technologies.

Library Services ensure the availability of rich and extensive collection of latest books, journals, magazines, reference material, newspapers and much more in paper as well as electronic formats.

Administration is a collection of a range of services which support the University’s core activities, including Security/Safety, Transport, Cafeteria, Classrooms, Housekeeping any many more functionalities.

•  To have a student friendly handbook/page on website to access any information.
•  To maintain a log of student queries / requirements and process of handling them.
•  To break the domain specific areas of team members so they become familiar with other areas in order to guide students.
•  Setting up a Central Data Management Office that will act as a center for maintaining and analyzing all student records starting from pre-admissions all the way to alumni records.
